A note from our founder

Community builder. New to Tallinn, here to build the room he wishes already existed.
Connect on LinkedInHi, I am Vikesh. Most people call me Vicky. I moved to Tallinn about ten months ago, and like a lot of people who land here, I arrived knowing almost no one.
Bringing people together is the thing I keep coming back to. In Boston I ran a group of more than 1,600 members. Before that, a company I worked with built and grew a community of over 9,000 people on Facebook. I have seen what happens when strangers get a real reason to show up for each other, and it never stops being worth it.
Tallinn is famous for its tech. What it does not have yet is an easy, open place for the people behind that tech to actually meet. We come from different cultures and backgrounds, we are scattered across companies and side projects, and most of us are missing one simple thing: a room where we can share ideas, learn out loud and grow alongside each other.
That is the room I want to build. TallinnTech is for the developer fresh off a flight, the founder sketching an idea on a napkin, the designer who wants better people to bounce work off, and the curious person who just wants to be around builders. No gatekeeping, no ego, no pretending we have it all figured out.
If any of this sounds like the community you have been looking for, come help me build it. We are better together, and we are only getting started.
